Shorter Jr. asks the question, "What does it mean to be visible as an LGBTQIA person in a suburban or rural area?" Donald C. Shorter Jr.’s one-woman show, GENDEROSITY, explores gender identity, gender expression and self-acceptance through his experience as a black gay gender nonconforming person.
