I am thrilled to join KCACTF's Arts Leadership ASPIRE track for a 5th year, this time as R6 coordinator to ASPIRE! Since participating as a grad student in 2019 (I was wrapping up my MFA in Arts Administration from Texas Tech University) in both the region and at Nationals,I've been so fortunate to continue my involvement with R6 ASPIRE in different capacities throughout the years.

Outside KCACTF I head the Texas Tech University's Presidential Lecture & Performance Series, a small but recognized initiative now in its 16th year, based in the TTU President's Office. I present 5 shows/season: music, dance, theatre, a speaker, plus a local show that celebrates the musical creativity and songwriting process of the South Plains we call Lubbock Lights. I'm proud to be able to keep our ticket prices nominal for the community & free for students while aligning us with our mission to entertain and educate simultaneously. Check here for more https://www.ttu.edu/administration/president/lectureseries/

I received my MFA in Arts Administration from Texas Tech University (Lubbock, TX)'s School of Theatre and Dance and my BAs in Film, Theatre & Performance Studies and International Studies at Graceland University (Lamoni, IA).My high school diploma is from Varosmajori Gimnazium (Budapest, HUN) with a focus in German language; an institution consistently ranked in the top 10 high schools in the nation for decades. I hail from Budapest, Hungary, the 'Heart of Europe" as us Hungarians call it as we consider ourselves not only to be geographically, but also culturally a center to Europe, given our 1000+ year long history in the region and overall influence in the area. As much as I love my roots and culture, I am thrilled to have been based in the U.S. for almost 10 uninterrupted years now. Thank you for not kicking this nonresident alien out just yet!

When not at PLPS, I head the board to an exciting & emerging Lubbock non-profit, the Outside In Theatre Festival. We are creating a performing arts-based festival in the Lubbock arts district; the first event is scheduled for October 2021. The concept mirrors the Amsterdam Over het IJ Festival where dozens of shipping containers are used in myriad ways as a base to individual, groundbreaking performances. I am honored to take the lead on the board and cultivate such innovative efforts on the West TX panhandle.
